The Computer Network Technician program is designed for entry-level students to develop skills needed to gain employment as computer network installation, configuration, and support technicians. Students receive training in basic electronic theory and progress through classes in maintenance and repair of Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating system environments. Students are prepared for industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Linux+, and others.
To earn an Associate of Science or Bachelors of Science Degree, the student must complete all requirements for the certificate program plus a certain amount of credits required by the university.
